Open positions:

Systems Administrator

Additional requirements:


- Must be a Canadian citizen
- Must have extensive knowledge of Linux systems and infrastructure management at scale
- Must be highly available to deal with issues reactively

Job Description

The systems administrator is responsible for maintaining high availability of all GGServers services. When not focused on monitoring and maintenance, the systems administrator will be working alongside the management & development teams in order to improve & scale backend infrastructure.
 
Promotions Manager

Additional requirements:


- Must have very strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to seek out and structure promotional deals

Job Description

The promotions manager is responsible for planning, executing and managing various campaigns with the intentions of broadening the reach of the GGServers brand. The promotions manager will be working directly with the gaming/game servers community through partnerships/social media/other outlets in order to increase brand awareness.
 
Backend Web Developer

Additional requirements:


- Must be a Canadian citizen
- Must have extensive experience with Javascript & PHP

Job Description

The backend web developer is responsible for improving and innovating our end-user products/services as well as our infrastructure. Whilst working alongside the management and systems administration teams, the backend web developer is able to break down and solve problems in order to pursue constant improvement.
 
General Support Operator (Minecraft)

Additional requirements:


- Must have strong customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge in troubleshooting common Minecraft server issues
- Experience with the Multicraft & WHMCS

Job Description

A general support operator dealing with Minecraft inquiries will be responsible for providing technical support for common issues. Operators will also be responsible for answering Minecraft-related sales tickets. General support operators communicate directly with clients via our ticket system.

- Must have extensive knowledge of a wide range of modpacks

Job Description

A modpack specialist is responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting various modpacks for customers. Modpack specialists communicate directly with clients via our ticket system.
 
Minecraft Plugin Specialist

Voice Server Support Operator

Additional requirements:


- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have extensive knowledge of Mumble & Teamspeak 3

Job Description

A voice server support operator is responsible for providing end-user support to our voice server clients, dealing specifically with Mumble & Teamspeak 3. Voice server support operators communicate directly with clients via our ticket system.
